Include the app version (Settings → bottom line) and your device model when reporting a problem; the “Report a problem” button in Settings fills these in for you. We usually answer within two working days.
Subscriptions and refunds
Ephem Plus is sold by Apple through the App Store. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See the Subscription Terms.
Your data
Ephem keeps your birth details on your device. To remove them, delete the app. Privacy questions: hello@i12y.studio. See the Privacy Policy.
