Subscription Terms
Ephem Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store.
Plans
Ephem Plus — Yearly
- Free trial: 7 days for new subscribers
- Billing: charged yearly after the trial ends
- Auto-renewal: renews every year
Ephem Plus — Monthly
- Billing: charged monthly
- Auto-renewal: renews every month
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency at the time of purchase and are set by Apple’s App Store price tiers. The yearly plan also shows its monthly equivalent for comparison; you are charged the yearly amount.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Cancellation
Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Plus until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its terms at reportaproblem.apple.com. I12Y Ltd cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Restoring purchases
Use “Restore purchases” in the app to re-activate Plus on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Changes
We may change plans or prices for future periods. Apple notifies subscribers of price changes and asks for consent where required. The current terms are always at ephem.i12y.studio/subscription-terms.
